Our Story
Since our founding, Artworx
has had the opportunity to help countless young people acquire new art techniques & confidently move forward in their learning & enjoyment of visual arts.
We work closely with schools & youth groups across Southern England to bring professional artists into the classroom to inspire young people through the arts.
Artworx also see the value in involving history with art and have experienced the transformative and accessible nature that art can have in bringing history and heritage to life. We continue to partner with heritage organisations in addition to other arts agencies in delivering projects that benefit local communities.
YOUTH PROJECTS
Artworx break down barriers to the arts by co-ordinating meaningful art projects that provide a platform for young people to access & enjoy art from all cultures & walks of life. We run focused projects working with professional artists, that are separate to school curriculums & concentrate on inspiring young people, increasing confidence & self-esteem.

ENHANCING SCHOOL CURRICULUMs
Artworx also work closely with Primary schools to enhance the National Curriculum by providing professional artists to deliver specialised, relevant, tailored workshops that compliment & strengthen curriculum delivery.
